The Wonders of Water
Boosting your intake of water makes good
sense, many experts concur, because water
eases digestion and regulates body temperature.
Water also bathes the cells and accounts for
about 60 percent of body weight. And it can
help you exercise longer and more efficiently.
Drinking water can ward off constipation and
maybe even crankiness. And since it's a natural
appetite suppressant, water can help us lose
weight and keep it off.
It can also help keep
skin healthy.
Healthy recipe
BLUEBERRY ORANGE SMOOTHIE
12 ounces frozen blueberries, unthawed. . . Or. . . 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
CAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIE
2 cups brewed double strength coffee
1 pint coffee ice cream
6 cups ice
1 1/2 cups milk
Whipped cream, if desired
Cinnamon for garnish
Place coffee, ice cream, ice and milk in blender. Mix until smooth. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
Natural Beauty recipe
Homemade Facial Scrub for Oily Skin:
This is an invigorating way of cleansing the face, as the coarse texture of the scrub helps to get rid of the dirt and the superficial dead skin. It should
not be used more than once a week and never on a dry skin.
Mix 1 tea-
spoon of fine bran with a quarter teaspoon of dried yeast and 1 tea-
spoon of lemon juice along with a tablespoon of water.
Gently massage the thick paste so formed into the skin, particularly on and around the nose and the chin area, using a
soft brush; avoid applying around the eyes.
Wash off after 1-2 minutes, using warm water.
Homemade Moisturising Pack for Normal Skin
Mash or liquidise half an avocado pear with 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil. Apply the mixture to the face and neck avoiding the eye and lip area. Leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.
Banana Wrinkle Fighter
Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment.
Mash 1/4 banana until very creamy.
Spread all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash of cold. Gently pat dry.
Grape Cleanser
Grape juice makes an excellent cleanser for any skin type. Simply split one or two large grapes, remove pips and rub the flesh over face and neck.
Rinse off with cool water.

Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to Leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.
