Healthy Recipe
Happy Man Tea Blend
1 part Siberian ginseng
1 part dandelion root
1 part nettle
1 part each marshmallow & burdock roots
1 part each hawthorn & saw palmetto berries
1 part fennel seeds
1 part wildoats
a pinch of stevia
Place all herbs in a tea ball or bag, put in your nicest or most favorite cup or mug, and cover with boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea ball or bag, and add sugar, honey, sweetener, milk, cream or whatever, to taste.
Climb into bed and enjoy!
Happy Tummy Tea
Put a smile on your face with this soothing and yummy tea.
1 part catnip
1 part spearmint & lemongrass leaves
1 part calendula flowers
1 part skullcap
1 part rosemary & sage leaves
1 part fennel seeds

All Natural Yucca Shampoo
The Yucca plant a member of the Lily family has sword shaped leaves with large panicles of white flowers. Known
as "Adam's Needle or " Soapweed" is often grown as decorative border plants. Many Natives have used the
Yucca plant to make baskets, rope and sandals as well soap and shampoo.
Radiant shiny hair is easy to have when you follow the Navajos way. Its been said some natives have used Yucca
Shampoo to prevent hair loss and dandruff.
The Yucca plant contains a substance called saponin which is a natural detergent. It is the saponin found in the
Yucca Plant that creates foamy suds when agitated in water. Yucca are commonly found in the U.S. Southwest or
Mexico.
To make your own version of Yucca Shampoo:
Look for fresh young Yucca plants. Cut off a piece of the root and peel the brown off of the root until you have
exposed the white root inside. Once clean take a hammer, smash the Yucca root until it breaks in pieces.
Wet the
Yucca root, while holding the root over a basin of warm water, rub the root like a bar of soap to get mounds of
lather from it.
Wash your hair with the lather for a few minutes, gently massaging the scalp. Rinse very well in
warm water making sure that no Yucca pieces remain in your hair.
Deep Conditioner
Ingredients:
1 small jar of real mayonnaise
1/2 of an avocado
Directions:
Put together in a medium bowl and squish together with your hands until it's a minty green color. Smooth into hair
all the way to the tips.
Put on a shower cap or wrap your head with saran wrap.
Leave on for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning put a hot, damp towel around your head -over the saran wrap.
And if you have really long hair and only need deep conditioning at the ends, cut the ingredients in half and apply
only to the ends and just wrap them.
A Lack Of Vitamins
Everyone knows that the human body needs a certain amount of vitamins and minerals everyday to function properly and remain healthy.
A well balanced diet can supply your body with the vitamins it needs, although problems and disorders can arise if your diet doesn’t supply your body with the vitamins it needs.

Don't blame yourself for things that go wrong, and don't blame others either. Check into what you can do differently and work towards improving things for yourself and others.
In everything you attempt, always be the best you can be. And remember if a job is worth doing, it's worth your best effort. Put time and attention into the small jobs as well as the bigger ones. When you are worried about how something will turn out, ask yourself what is the worst that could possibly happen. Very few things are really life and earth matters and we all tend to over-react when it comes to worrying. Don't feel sorry for yourself. People who feel sorry for themselves have a tired and worn out look, walking as if they have the world on their shoulders, rarely smiling or laughing. On the other hand, people who feel good about themselves seem to walk tall and stand straight, looking alive and alert. They're attractive and nice to be around and everybody wants to get to know them.
Treat your life as a learning experience. None of us are born knowing all that we need to know, and none of us ever knows enough. We can all benefit from looking at each experience as an opportunity to learn and to become wiser.
Your attitude plays a big part in how you feel about your body. You do what you can to look your best, but you should also try to accept yourself as you are. Feeling sorry for yourself because you think you're not good looking will only make you unhappy. The feelings you have about yourself affects how much pleasure and satisfaction you will get out of life. People who have a good attitude look forward to new challenges and new experiences along with meeting new people.

the boat!"
The car slowly starts veering towards a massive concrete bridge. This
makes him nervous, so he asks her: "Isn't there anything you want?"
The wife at last replies-in a quiet and controlled voice. "No, I've got
everything I need," she says.
"Oh, really," he inquires, "So what have you got?"
Just before they slam into the wall at 70 mph, the wife turns to him and
smiles.
"The airbag."
