Facial Exercises That Keep You Young-Looking

by Jo Benson
(New York, USA)

Are you in search of an inexpensive way to prevent wrinkles that come with advancing age?.

If you’re scared of going under the knife or don’t have the budget to go through an instant treatment, there are facial exercises which will keep your skin healthy and young-looking.

When done daily, these exercises will minimize existing wrinkles and prevent potential ones from forming. The best part is, they’re not that hard to follow. Here are a few simple things you can do to keep yourself looking young and fresh:

1. Chew with your lips closed while sitting and looking at the ceiling.

2. Keep your lips together and drop your jaw while pushing it forward.

3. Push your lips forward as far as possible to form an exaggerated “O” with your mouth, and then smile as brightly as you can.

4. Gently apply pressure to your forehead from the two sides of your temple with your fingers.

5. Close your eyes and sit upright before you lift your eyebrows and stretch the eyelids down and up to the possible extent.

6. Frown and lift your eyebrows as far as you can while opening your eyes.

7. Sit upright and look straight, then start bringing your eyebrows down, wrinkle nose as much as possible and flare your nostrils.

Do 10 counts for each and will see that it takes approximately only 20 minutes of your time. The exercise will target specific muscles and muscle groups.

The contractions and resistance movements plump up the muscles. Your skin will look healthier from the increased blood supply. The fact that more blood flows through the system means that you are able to make your skin look tighter and more toned.

As you age, your face and neck muscles can become flabby. When these muscles droop, it can be an unflattering sight. This can affect your confidence. No matter how you dress or how much makeup you use, you can still see your age through the facade.

These safe techniques will save you from shying away from the crowd. In just a few minutes per day, you can make yourself look healthier, prettier, and younger.

When you get into the routine, you may feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. Admittedly, it does make you look comical. So if you want to do the exercises in the privacy of your own room, then do so.

Just as added information, these movements are basic isometric and resistance exercises. As awkward as you may feel while doing them, the routine will shape and contour your face without the high costs typically associated with cosmetic surgery.

Facial exercises help keep everything looking as it did when you were younger. You can tighten the muscles, and then let your skin to follow suit. This can mean less wrinkles and the disappearance of loose skin.

From the moment you begin this incredible transformation process, you will see the difference every single time you perform the movements.

Consider this, with just a few minutes of your time each day, you will be able to create visible changes that will turn into long-lasting results.
