Natural Cures to Cope with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Chronic Fatigue Immune Deficiency Syndrome is thought to be not one but a collection of diseases that show up the primary symptom of ongoing and debilitating fatigue.

The organization known as the CFIDS Society International has suggested three criteria could be used in establishing a positive diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Immune Deficiency Syndrome . They are as follows:

1. There could be a new and distinct case of relapsing or persisting fatigue with an activity reduction level of a minimum of fifty percent for at least six months length of time.

2. Of these conditions, six are the common experienced: a sore throat, a raised temperature, non-localized joint aches, complaints of a neuropsychological nature, acute insomnia, weakness of the muscles, soreness of muscles, headaches, sore lymph nodes, and (verified by the doctor) slight fever, inflammation of the throat, and palpable lymph nodes.

3. The elimination of other possible causes made by examination.

No one is absolutely sure when Chronic Fatigue Syndrome first arose but it became defined late in the 1970's.

It is still a mystery as to exactly what causes this Fatigue Syndrome. It is possible that it may be caused by a virus but mysteriously, it has not been established how it migrates from person to person.

The chronic fatigue syndrome afflicts women in the majority of cases, estimated at 75 to 80% of total cases. The age range in which it first starts is 25 to 50.

The triggers for this Fatigue Syndrome are thought to be digestive system stress, depression or emotional stress, exposure of the immune system to some toxicity, and an over-work/under-exercise situation.

Although there is no known cure at this point, there are some things that will help you in the coping process.

Mild exercise is a great help. It allows the blood flow to increase and boosts the immune system.

The reduction of certain things from your daily diet may lessen the effect of Chronic Fatigue Immune Deficiency Syndrome. Problem ingredients include caffeine, alcohol, and highly refined flour and sugar.

Counseling is another technique to deal with this disease.

Having moral support can be a big benefit when coping with Chronic Fatigue issues of depression and stress.

Trying out these techniques and working for solutions under a doctor's care and supervision will assist you on the road to better health again.
