Although dandruff is not a health issue that causes a lot of problems for us, it is something that many of us would like to do without. This is especially the case if we have been dealing with dandruff for a considerable amount of time.
Treating dandruff is something that many people are interested in and it can certainly be difficult to be able to treat it effectively. That is because there are so many different methods that are out there, most of which are pharmaceutical and unnatural.
Believe it or not, one of the best ways for you to be able to treat your dandruff on a regular basis and to keep it from coming back again is by using a lemon. There are a number of different ways that you can use it, each of which will not only help to keep the dandruff away but will also help with a number of other problems that you may be experiencing with your scalp. Here are two different ways of using lemon in order to control your dandruff.
The first way that you can use is probably the most effective. Take two tablespoons of lemon juice on a daily basis and massage it into your scalp. The lemon will help to neutralize the acidity that may be existing on your scalp and will typically treat your scalp well, regardless of whether it is dry or oily. Many people find this to be a rather pleasurable experience, both because of massaging the scalp using a lemon and how it feels along with the scent of a lemon which lingers for quite some time.
Another way for you to control your dandruff with a lemon is to put it in your drinking water regularly. This is not only good for dandruff, it is also good for the acidity in your body which controls a number of different maladies that you may be experiencing. If you're going to use a lemon in this way, make sure that you get one which is organically grown. This will help to keep any chemicals out of your body that may have been sprayed on the lemon in the field.
It may take a little bit of time for you to completely cure your dandruff with lemons but it certainly is something that can be accomplished. Use lemons on a daily basis and you will notice results.
